What size are the Konto panel colour samples?

You can order standard panel colour samples (5x7 cm) free of charge including postage by choosing your required product, selecting "try a sample" and adding this to your basket. The first two samples are free and thereafter they are 1 EUR each (which includes VAT and postage within the EU). These are posted and should arrive within 5 working days.

How many Konto panels do I need to remedy my acoustic problem (e.g. an echo caused by large hard surfaces such as glass, tiles, concrete, parquet floor)?

The amount of acoustic panelling very much depends on the space and the function of it. At home and offices with standard rectangular spaces and normal ceiling heights (up to 270cm) we recommend using an amount roughly equal to 30% of the floor area. E.g. in a 20m2 room this would mean approx. 6m2 of 2cm thick acoustic panels. When using 3cm thick panels the amount can be less.

Places with high ceilings normally benefit from panels suspended from the ceiling. If rooms are an odd shape, an acoustic survey may be needed to determine the best solution. If you would like an acoustics survey done, please call +36 20 462 0669 or email us at
